  • For applicants under 18 years old:
    • Both parents must sign the Schengen visa application form for the minor.
    • Provide copies of both parents’ Civil ID cards and passports.
    • If the minor is traveling alone, a legalized consent form from both parents is required. If traveling with only one parent, a consent form from the non-accompanying parent must be provided.
    • If one parent is absent or deceased, proof such as a court decision or death certificate is required.
    • If the legal guardian is someone other than the parent, a custody order must be provided to confirm guardianship.
  • For non-Kuwaiti passport holders:
    • A color copy (front and back) of the valid Kuwaiti Civil ID or a color printout of the Kuwait Mobile ID, along with the original document.
    • The Kuwaiti residence permit must be valid for at least 3 months after the intended return to Kuwait.
    • Proof of financial means.
    • Employment confirmation.
    • Additional documents related to the applicant’s financial situation and personal ties to Kuwait.

Airport Transit Visa
  • A completed and signed application form in English or German.
