You can track your shipments and parcels through DHL tracking service, as shown below:

• Go to DHL Kuwait official website page “from here“.
• Enter your tracking number in the designated field.
• Click “Check“.

• Verify Your shipment status and details.

• If you want to make sure your shipment deliverance, you must do the following:
  • Click on “Proof of Delivery” from your shipment delivery details .

• • Provide the shipper or the receiver authentication details, as follows:
    • Account number. 
    • Phone number for shipper or receiver.
    • ZIP/Postcode for shipper or receiver.
    • Email address.
    • No signature for proof of delivery without a signature.
  • Select the validation type from the drop-down list with one of the previously mentioned authentication options.
  • Enter the corresponding information in the authentication value field.
  • Choose whether to view the proof of delivery online or receive it via email.
  • Check the agreement box.
  • Click on “Submit“.
