Steps to register Kuwait Civil ID First Time Online

By following the simple steps bellow you can register Kuwait Civil ID First Time Online through PACI website:

Go to the Meta Portal page “from here“.
Click on the Register as a new user option.
Type the Civil ID in the designated field.
Enter the Civil ID Serial Number in the designated fields.
Enter the Mobile Number and then write the Email Address for the user.
Agree to the terms and conditions after you have finished reading them.
Click on the Register icon.
Type the Mobile confirm code in the empty field above.
Enter Email confirm code in the field provided.
Create a password for the new account and then confirm it.
Click on the Confirm icon to complete the account creation.
Log in to your user account on Meta platform.

Steps to register Kuwait Civil ID First Time Online

Click on the Appointment search option.
Click on the Service Categories icon for PACI.
Select the relevant department, then select the Civil ID appointment service.
Click on Apply icon for the center that the user wants to book a visit to.
Choose the appropriate date and time, then confirm the appointment.
Prepare the documents and then go on the appointed date.
Submit the documents with the application to the relevant employee.
Follow the employee’s instructions, pay the fees, and then receive the Civil ID.

For Kuwaitis

For those born abroad: The newborn must be added to the passport or have a separate passport.
The applicant more than 18 years must present personally.
Legal guardian or legal representative must present if the applicant less than 18 years.
The request to issue a civil card must be submitted within 60 days of birth or 30 days of entering the country, otherwise a fine of 20 KD will be paid.
The applicant’s name and date of birth should be stated in the off records for aged applicant.

For non-Kuwaitis

The applicant must present personally to complete procedures.
Representatives must attend the procedures If the applicant does not attend.
The request must be applied within a month of the date of obtaining the residency stamp, otherwise a fine of 20KD will be paid.

For Kuwaitis

Birth certificate and a copy.
Two New colored personal photos size (4 × 6 cm).
Fingerprint notification for applicants 18 years old or older.
Address proof document.
Off records from the Ministry of Interior for aged applicants who have not been issued birth certificates previously.
Nationality certificate for minors born outside Kuwait
Envelope.
For aged applicants: Letter of no objection against registration from the Ministry of Interior.
Nationality certificate and a copy for applicants whose age 18 years old or more.
Representatives must present with a power of attorney from the Ministry of Justice.

For non-Kuwaitis

Original passport and a copy of it.
