Article 19 of the Executive Regulations of the Law on the Residence of Foreigners in Kuwait, by Ministerial Resolution No. (957) of 2019, includes that expatriates in Kuwait may be granted a regular residence permit for the investor or the foreign partner in the company that practices a commercial or industrial activity, based on a request submitted by the investor, provided that the investor is a partner in the company and his capital in it is not less than 100 Kuwaiti dinars and documents confirming this are submitted.<\/p>\n
